Ms. Maryles began her career as a corporate associate at the law firm of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where she represented numerous public companies in their acquisitions of both public and private companies and was responsible for their ongoing securities requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  In addition, she represented several issuers and underwriters engaged in public offerings and private placements.  Ms. Maryles was also an attorney in the corporate department of Meltzer, Lippe, Goldstein & Breitstone, LLP, where she was responsible for the corporate housekeeping of various clients, preparing and negotiating acquisition documents, negotiating and drafting employment agreements on behalf of corporate individuals  and representing a number of issuers in their efforts to obtain funding through private placements.

Ms. Maryles received her Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stern College for Women.  Ms. Maryles is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey.
